Camping and Cabins

The Coconino National Forest offers family and group campgrounds for tents and recreational vehicles. Several historic cabins throughout the Forest are available to rent for overnight stays.

Hiking and Biking

Covering elevations from 2,600 feet to 12,633 feet, the Coconino National Forest offers year-round hiking and backpacking.

Winter Recreation

The Coconino National Forest high country receives over 100 inches of snow per year. The Forest supports downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and snow sports.
